Postdoctoral positions for Theoretical High Energy Physics (Theoretical High Energy Nuclear Physics) in Beijing

The Center for High Energy Physics (CHEP) and the Institute for Theoretical Physics (ITP) at Peking University, Beijing, China invite applications for a few postdoctoral positions in theoretical high energy physics. The research areas include:

• Perturbative and non-perturbative quantum chromodynamics
• Electroweak physics and physics beyond the standard model
• Field theory, string theory and cosmology
• High energy nuclear physics

Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in theoretical physics or related areas prior to the time of employment. They should also have an established academic background and provide evidence of future research potential.

The positions will start from autumn of 2020, and are generally made for a term of two years.
